HUL Q4 Results FY26: Net Profit Jumps 21% To Rs 2,992 YoY

FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) on Thursday posted a strong set of numbers for the March quarter, with consolidated net profit rising to Rs 2,992 crore. This represents a 21.4 per cent increase compared to Rs 2,464 crore reported in the same period last year. The profit figure is attributable to the company’s shareholders.
Revenue from operations also saw steady growth, climbing 7.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 16,351 crore, up from Rs 15,190 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said.
Alongside its quarterly results, the board recommended a final dividend of Rs 22 per share, which will be subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM). This comes in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 19 per share announced in October 2025, taking the company’s total dividend payout for the financial year to Rs 9,633 crore.
Priya Nair, CEO and Managing Director, HUL, said, “Financial Year 2026 witnessed an improved demand environment driven by supportive macro-economic policies. During the year, we took decisive actions to accelerate growth, including sharpening our portfolio, scaling investments to create desire at scale, strengthening frontline demand generation capabilities, and simplifying the organisation to drive speed, focus, and execution.”
Dividend Announced
“Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 22 per share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 on Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each. The Company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 19 per share on 20th November, 2025. The total dividend for the said period amounts to Rs. 41 per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each. The record date for the purpose of determining the
entitlement of the shareholders for the final dividend, has been fixed as Tuesday, 23rd June, 2026,” said the firm in a BSE filing.
