A shocking video from Delhi's Saket J block is making rounds online, showing a boy taking extreme risks on a busy road. Shot from inside a nearby vehicle, the footage shows the young man climbing on the roof of a moving car, clearly enjoying the thrill. The risky stunt doesn't stop there. At a traffic signal, a girl leans out from the car window and the two share a kiss.
An individual filming the scene says the boy is barely 20 or 21 and warns that if anything happens to him, his family will be devastated. He contrasts the boy's risky freedom with his own life, noting that even at 30, his family calls if he doesn't reach home on time. After the clip went viral, viewers slammed the act as reckless and urged the Delhi Police to take strict action.
Police acted swiftly, with officials confirming that the individuals involved were fined under Sections 179 and 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act (MVA).
Boy Climbs On Moving Car In Delhi, Video Sparks Concern
The individual recording the scene can be heard saying, “Look at this c***ri. If he dies like this, will anyone feel sad? His parents will cry saying, ‘Our Sonu didn't even get married.' When Sonu is out here fooling around, his parents don't see that. What is this? We don't even have this kind of freedom. Even today, I am 30 years old, but if I don't reach home by 8 PM, I get a call asking where I am. Always be practical in life. He isn't very old, maybe 20–21. If he dies, his family will keep crying. I hope he falls."
