The Chat That Started It All

The post, shared on Reddit, shows a WhatsApp chat between an employee and his manager. It starts with the employee informing his boss, “Sir, nhai aa paunga fever badh gaya hai." (Sir, I won't be able to come. My fever has gone up.)

The manager replies, “Chlo doctor ke pas chlte hai." (Let's go to the doctor then.) To this, the employee calmly responds, “Need lagega to btaunga, abhi k liya paracetamol." (I'll go if needed. For now, I have taken paracetamol.)

But the conversation doesn't stop there. The manager insists, “Sir, director sir ne kaha hai jo b bimar ho use doctor ki prescription lo." (The director has said that anyone sick must get a doctor's prescription.)

That's when the employee hits back with a bold reply that is now being praised across social media. “Mai school student nahi hu sir, leave rahti hai, leave li maine, khud doctor hai wo, bolo mere naam ki prescription bana le. Nahi to prescription, aur leave application with parents signature nahi hai mera pass. Aur mai abhi rest kar raha hu, msg ya call ka reply nahi karunga."
