While the iOS 26.1 update gives you two new ways to reduce the Liquid nature of the interface, the iOS 26.2 beta goes one step further, where you can adjust the transparency of the clock on the lockscreen. These can be either in glass or opaque finishing and you can reduce or increase its transparent level.
