Woman Says ‘IPS Ki Maa Hu’ After Hitting Car With Her Scooty: ‘Aunty Just Wanted To Flex’
Government officials and their families are often expected to maintain decorum in public, but some individuals misuse their connections. A viral video shows a woman threatening young men following a minor road accident. Riding a scooter, she accidentally scratched a car, and when the owner asked her to pay for the damage, she reacted angrily.
In the clip, the woman can be seen misbehaving and claiming to be the mother of an IPS officer, warning the youths that she would have them arrested. The video quickly drew attention online, with viewers criticising her behaviour. While officers earn respect for their service, such actions by their relatives can create tension and controversy.
Woman Misuses IPS Connection After Minor Road Accident
In the clip, the woman could be heard saying, “Pata hai IPS ki maa hun, abhi sabko ek ek karke band kara dungi. Laga dun main apne bete ka number? IPS ki maa hun. Mere bete ne mehnat ki hai, tumhare jaise awaara gardi nahi ki hai. (Do you know I am the mother of IPS son? I will get each one of you arrested, one by one. Should I call my son's number? I am IPS's mother. My son has worked hard; he hasn't wasted his time causing trouble like you)."
When the person filming the video told her that they are also preparing for the IPS exams, the woman replied, “Paper de de par pass nahi hoga, kabhi safal nahi hoge. Tum koi safal nahi hoge. Paise loge mere se. (You can take the exam, but you will never pass. You will never succeed. You are not going to achieve anything. You want money from me?)"
The video posted on Instagram came with the caption, “A viral video shows a woman claiming to be the mother of an IPS officer after hitting a car with her scooter. When confronted by the car's occupants, she asserts her supposed connection, seemingly trying to intimidate them."
Social Media Users Criticise Her Behaviour
Reacting to the post, a user wrote, “IPS beta be like: ‘Why did I become IPS?'"
Another shared, “The child is making the mother proud by becoming an IPS officer and the mother is ruining the child's reputation."
“Don't give licenses so easily," a comment read.
An individual stated, “The way she's abusing her language says it all."
Another mentioned, “I'm 100% sure her son will regret after watching this."
One more added, “Aunty just wanted to flex, but she chose the wrong situation."
The video was reportedly taken in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, near MBPG College.
