In the case of pancreatic cancer, indigestion may occur because the tumour affects the pancreas' ability to produce digestive enzymes. This leads to improper digestion, gas, and changes in stool. Some patients also develop unexplained nausea, early satiety, or loss of appetite. These symptoms deserve careful attention if they persist.

Nonspecific Symptoms That Delay Diagnosis

Pancreatic cancer often goes undetected because it doesn't always cause significant pain or discomfort in the early stages. People may simply feel unusually tired, lose weight without trying, or develop new-onset diabetes.
