Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Skoda has revealed the Kushaq facelift for the Indian market. The updated midsize SUV brings changes to its exterior design, interior features, and powertrain options. Pre-bookings are now open, with prices expected to be announced in March 2026. The Kushaq will continue to compete with rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, and others in the segment.
The Kushaq facelift comes with Skoda's latest Modern Solid design language. At the front, it gets redesigned LED headlights with eyebrow-style daytime running lights and L-shaped lighting signatures. These are connected by a segmented light bar integrated into the grille, similar to the new Kodiaq. The front bumper has also been reworked and now features a more angular design with a silver skid plate.

From the side, changes are limited to new alloy wheel designs, ranging from 16 to 17 inches depending on the variant. At the rear, the facelift introduces a full-width LED light bar with illuminated ‘SKODA' lettering and sequential turn indicators. Skoda has also added three new colour options for buyers: Cherry Red, Shimla Green, and Steel Grey.
Inside, the Kushaq facelift offers a more premium feel compared to the outgoing model. It gets a black-and-beige interior theme, while the Monte Carlo variants feature a crimson colour scheme. The dashboard layout remains familiar but now includes a new 10.25-inch digital driver's display and a slightly larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
One of the major highlights is the addition of a panoramic sunroof. The SUV also gets dual-colour ambient lighting and a larger 491-litre boot. Skoda has also added a rear-seat massage function.

On the safety front, Skoda has offered good upgrades in the Kushaq facelift. It comes with six airbags as standard, along with ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, traction control, hill-hold assist, ISOFIX mounts, and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. The model continues to carry a 5-star Global NCAP safety rating.
Skoda has also integrated the Google Gemini AI assistant into the infotainment system for voice-based functions and real-time information.
Under the bonnet, the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine gets a new 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox, replacing the earlier 6-speed unit. A 6-speed manual option continues to be available. The more powerful 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine remains paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and now finally gets rear disc brakes.
Skoda is offering a standard 4-year or 1,00,000km warranty with the Kushaq facelift, extendable up to six years. Buyers will also get four years of roadside assistance and free labour services for up to two years or 30,000km.
