Salman Khan made a rare appearance on the runway as he turned showstopper for close friend and designer Vikram Phadnis' grand fashion show celebrating 35 years in the fashion industry. The event, themed Vintage India, brought together 100 models who showcased reimagined archival creations inspired by classic Indian aesthetics.
The superstar looked dapper and confident as he walked the ramp to thunderous applause. Dressed in an intricately designed black ensemble, Salman exuded understated royalty and old-world charm.
Inside Salman's Look: Black Kurta, Embroidered Jacket, And Classic Appeal
In the photos from the event, Salman Khan is seen donning a traditional black kurta-pyjama paired with a long embroidered sherwani-style jacket. The jacket, crafted in rich silk, featured elaborate gold and maroon floral embroidery along the shoulders, chest, and sleeves, a nod to Vikram Phadnis' signature opulent detailing.
The hand-embroidered motifs added regal flair to the otherwise monochrome look. Salman completed his outfit with black leather shoes and his trademark slicked-back hairstyle, giving the ensemble a refined yet masculine finish. His minimal accessories and composed demeanour added to the sophistication of his look.
Security Presence Raises Eyebrows
While Salman's outfit turned heads, what truly caught everyone's attention was his security team's presence right beside the ramp. As the actor walked, his guards stood discreetly on the right side, keeping their eyes fixed on him which is an unusual sight at a fashion show.
Given Salman Khan's heightened security measures following multiple threats, including gunshots fired at his residence and alleged plots by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, the strict vigilance was understandable. The actor has since limited his public appearances, making this ramp walk all the more special.
Meanwhile, Salman is gearing up to bring his star power to Qatar. The actor recently announced Da-Bangg The Tour Reloaded will take place in Doha on November 14, 2025, featuring Sonakshi Sinha, Tamannaah Bhatia, Jacqueline Fernandez, Prabhu Deva, and others.
