Odisha School Begins Day With Premanand Maharaj’s Powerful 'Pravachan' On Values & Morals: 'Yahi Value Deni Hai Bacho Ko'
Schools are not just places where children learn mathematics, science and languages. They are supposed to be the institutions where values, discipline and emotional strength must also be taught. While most institutions focus on academic excellence, one school has stood out for beginning its day in a slightly different and meaningful way, and you may find it wholesome.
A heartwarming video making the rounds online shows students starting their morning with two minutes of spiritual reflection. Instead of the usual announcements or immediate lessons, a projector screen at the front of the classroom plays a short pravachan by Premanand Maharaj. The children sit quietly at their desks, attentively listening to his teachings before beginning their regular classes.

In the clip, Premanand Ji Maharaj speaks about the importance of not responding to abuse with abuse. He says, “Koi tumhe gaali de, tum usey gaali mat dena, usey itna bada dand milega ki bhog nahi payega (If someone abuses you, do not abuse them back, they will receive such a big punishment that they will not be able to handle it)." Through this message, he highlights patience, restraint and faith in justice instead of retaliating out of anger. He also narrates a story to further explain his point, supporting the idea that reacting with anger only worsens situations.
The classroom atmosphere in the video appears calm and disciplined as the students are seen watching the clip attentively. Well, a peaceful start to the school day, right?
