At 22, Hiba Allah Ayadi, a student from Tunis, Tunisia, reached her highest weight of 133.3 kg. The weight was affecting her daily life, health, and confidence. Even simple movements made her feel tired, and she realised it was time for a serious change.
This moment became her turning point. She decided to focus on her health and take control of her life. Her goal was not just to lose weight but to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
According to TOI, the woman did not follow extreme diets or starve herself. Instead, she followed a balanced and sustainable diet plan.
Her breakfast included a vegetable omelette made with three eggs and a small portion of bran bread, without sugar. Lunch consisted of controlled portions of rice, pasta, or bread, along with protein such as chicken or eggs, vegetables, and fruit. Dinner was light, usually Tunisian soup or salad with an egg. She also reduced oil, salt, and sugar intake.
This balanced approach helped her maintain consistency and lose weight in a healthy way.
She did not join a gym due to financial limitations. Instead, she chose walking as her main workout.
She walked daily and stayed active throughout the day. Walking helped her burn calories, improve stamina, and stay mentally focused. Over time, this simple habit played a major role in her weight loss transformation.
She faced both physical and emotional challenges during her journey, struggling with low confidence and feeling increasingly uncomfortable in her own body.
However, her dream of travelling to India became her biggest motivation, pushing her to stay disciplined and committed to her routine even on the toughest days.
Her determination helped her overcome obstacles and stay focused.
In just 11 months, she reduced her weight from 133.3 kg to 52 kg, losing a total of 52.45 kg. Her transformation improved not only her physical health but also her mental strength and confidence.
Her story proves that sustainable weight loss is possible without expensive gym memberships or extreme methods, just consistency, patience, and the determination to change one’s life. With a balanced diet, daily walking, and a strong mindset, achieving major weight loss goals is possible.
