During the meeting, the employer also opened up about the lack of projects and financial strain on the company. “He told us to consider this our last working day and mentioned he won’t be able to pay full salary because there hasn’t been much work this month.” the techie wrote. The techie raised concerns, stating that such a workload would be difficult to manage for the offered pay.
