IIM Lucknow Summer Placements 2025: Over 580 Offers, Highest Stipend Rs 3.95 Lakh Per Month

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has completed its summer placement process for the 2025–2027 batch, marking another strong year for the institute. The placement drive brought in more than 580 offers for students of the 41st batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 22nd batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has completed its summer placement process for the 2025–2027 batch, marking another strong year for the institute. The placement drive brought in more than 580 offers for students of the 41st batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 22nd batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).This year's placements have set new benchmarks for stipends. The highest domestic stipend reached Rs. 3.95 lakh per month, while the highest international offer stood at Rs. 2.5 lakh per month. The average stipend rose to Rs. 1.67 lakh per month, compared to Rs. 1.43 lakh last year. The median stipend also increased from Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs. 1.72 lakh per month, highlighting the steady growth in recruiter confidence. Notably, the top 50% of the batch secured an impressive average stipend of Rs. 2.18 lakh per month, showing strong industry demand for IIM Lucknow's students.

This year's placements have set new benchmarks for stipends. The highest domestic stipend reached Rs. 3.95 lakh per month, while the highest international offer stood at Rs. 2.5 lakh per month. The average stipend rose to Rs. 1.67 lakh per month, compared to Rs. 1.43 lakh last year. The median stipend also increased from Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs. 1.72 lakh per month, highlighting the steady growth in recruiter confidence. Notably, the top 50% of the batch secured an impressive average stipend of Rs. 2.18 lakh per month, showing strong industry demand for IIM Lucknow's students.

Speaking about the placements, Prof. Prem Prakash Dewani, Placement Chairperson at IIM Lucknow, said, “This year, we witnessed an outstanding summer placement drive, with participation from leading firms across various industries. The success reflects the exceptional talent that IIM Lucknow develops. Our rigorous academic approach and dynamic curriculum prepare students to create real impact in their organisations. The 2025–27 batch at IIM Lucknow comprises 187 fresh graduates and 345 students with previous work experience across multiple domains. This balanced mix of young talent and experienced professionals helped the institute attract offers from a wide range of sectors, including Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Retail, and e-Commerce.

A major highlight this year was the participation of Adani Group, which made a unique gesture by offering its selected interns not just a stipend but also a tuition fee waiver, a move that stood out during the recruitment process.

The summer placement drive saw participation from a long list of top recruiters, reaffirming their trust in IIM Lucknow's talent. Some of the major companies included Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Amazon, Arga Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Citi, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY Parthenon, Godrej, Goldman Sachs, Google, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), ITC, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, Marico, Mastercard, McKinsey & Company, Media.net, MakeMyTrip, Pidilite, Procter & Gamble (P&G), PwC, Reliance, Tata Administrative Services, and VISA.

Alongside these legacy recruiters, a number of first-time participants joined the placement process this year, expanding opportunities for students. These included Barclays (RSG), CRISIL, D.E. Shaw, Dream Incubator, Edelweiss, Eternal, Galderma, Henkel, HSBC (Investment Banking), IMAP India, India Alternatives, Intellimation.ai, I Squared Capital, Ionic Wealth, Michelin, Mondelez, Morgan Stanley (IB), Nestle, Neo Asset Management, Nivea, Pinpoint, Salesforce, Shapoorji Pallonji, Qualcomm, Wells Fargo, and Vector Consulting Group.

The completion of IIM Lucknow's summer placements highlights the institute's continued reputation as a preferred destination for recruiters and reaffirms its commitment to nurturing capable leaders for the future.
