IIM Mumbai Opens Admissions For General Management Programme, Apply By November 29

The Indian Institute of Management Mumbai has invited applications for its Post Graduate Diploma for Executives in Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing. The programme aims to strengthen leadership competencies among mid-career professionals by building managerial foundations and helping them link day-to-day execution with long-term business strategy.

Programme Details

The offline programme will be held on campus and includes 5 contact days. Professionals with 4 to 10 years of work experience from any discipline are eligible. The programme has 35 seats, with the application deadline on November 29, 2025, and classes commencing in mid-April 2026. The fee is Rs 16,32,000, and Prof. Ravindra Gokhale will coordinate the course. It targets managers who wish to advance their careers and take on wider leadership responsibilities.

Objective Of The Programme

The Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing Programme prepares high-potential professionals to move from operational roles to strategic leadership. The course builds managerial depth, broadens professional perspectives and equips participants to lead transformation within the manufacturing sector. It also sharpens decision-making and leadership while preparing candidates for an evolving industrial ecosystem.
