The focus has shifted entirely to execution, where clarity, functionality, and real-world relevance will determine which ideas stand out.

What began as a wide field of ideas has now narrowed into a focused build sprint. With the March 29 deadline approaching, shortlisted teams are no longer exploring possibilities, they are making decisions. Features are being cut or prioritised, interfaces simplified, workflows tightened. Every element is being weighed against time and feasibility. The question is no longer what could this become, but what can this reliably do right now.
This phase brings a different kind of energy. The early excitement of ideation has given way to the discipline of execution. For many teams, this is where the real work begins - translating intent into something that runs, responds, and holds together under use. It is less about imagination now, and more about resilience: how well an idea survives contact with constraints like time, technical limitations, and usability expectations. What cannot be built is being dropped. What can be built is being sharpened.
Across teams, a clear pattern is beginning to emerge. The strongest builds are not necessarily the most ambitious in scope, but the most precise in delivery. A tightly defined problem statement, executed with clarity, is proving more effective than broad, loosely connected feature sets.
