CBSE Results 2026 Date And Time Live Updates: The CBSE Class 10 and 12 results 2026 are expected to be announced soon. Students who have appeared for the exams can check their results on the official website — results.cbse.nic.in — once they are released. The results will also be available on other portals, including cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and digilocker.gov.in.
To pass the CBSE board exams, students must obtain at least 33% in each theory subject. They are also required to score a minimum of 33% in practicals, projects, and internal assessments. Overall, students must achieve 33% marks in the combined theory and practical components to clear the exam.
Step 1: Visit the official result website: cbseresults.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘CBSE Class 10 Result 2026’ or ‘CBSE Class 12 Result 2026’.
Step 3: Enter your roll number, school number, and date of birth in the required fields.
Step 4: Your Class 10/12 marksheet will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save a copy of your result for future reference.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday directed schools to implement third language (R3) in Class 6 within seven days. CBSE curriculum for 2026-27 mandates that two of the three languages taught from Grade 6 must be native to India, with options including those listed in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution.
However, the textbooks for R3 in the languages is not available yet. Owing to this, CBSE has instructed the schools to start teaching through the locally available books and material.
While the official date and time for the CBSE 2025 Class 10 and 12 results are yet to be announced, experts anticipate that they may follow last year’s pattern, with the declaration likely in the second week of May. In 2024 and 2022, the CBSE results were announced on May 13, while in 2023, they were declared on May 12. However, it should be noted that there will be second phase exams for Class 10, scheduled to begin on May 15. Therefore, the Class 10 results can be expected by April.
– Download and install the UMANG app from the Play Store or App Store.
– Navigate to the ‘Services’ section and tap on ‘CBSE’.
– Log in using your registered mobile number via OTP or MPIN.
– Enter your credentials such as registration number and other required details.
– Submit the information – your CBSE Class 10 or 12 result will be displayed on the screen.

— Send it to 7738299899.
You will receive your result as an SMS on the same number, once out.
Step 1: Visit the official website – digilocker.gov.in.
Step 2: Select your class
Step 3: Provide the required details, including your school code, roll number and 6-digit security PIN (provided by your school).
Step 4: After filling in the details, click on “Next”.
Step 5: To verify the OTP sent to the registered mobile number, enter the OTP and click on “Submit” to proceed.
Once the process is complete and your details are confirmed, your DigiLocker account will be successfully activated.
Step 6: Click on “Go to DigiLocker account” to proceed to your account.
CBSE is using AI to make its board exam evaluation process more accurate, transparent, and faster. Recently, the board has taken major steps towards adopting on-screen marking (OSM) and AI-based systems. Gone are the days when teachers used red pens on physical answer sheets; now, answer sheets are digitally scanned and displayed on a computer screen.
To pass the board exams, students must secure at least 33% marks in each theory subject. They must also obtain a minimum of 33% in practicals, projects, and internal assessments.
To check CBSE 10th, 12th result, students have to enter their following details:

Step 2: Click on the 10th/12th result on the homepage.
