Upcoming IPO Calendar: The final week of February is jampacked with a slew of new IPOs (Initial Public Offering) and listings. Investors will need to tab an eye on the primary market with some of the big launches including Clean Max Enviro Energy IPO and PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery.
The biggest issue to launch this week is Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd. IPO. The IPO will open for subscription between February 23 and February 25, and is priced at Rs 1000–1053 per share. The company is aiming to raise Rs 3,100 crore. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE.
Striders Impex Ltd. IPO will open for subscription on February 26 and close on March 2. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 71–72 per share and aims to raise Rs 36.29 crore. The issue will list on the NSE SME platform, with Capital Square acting as the lead manager.
Yaap Digital Ltd. IPO is scheduled to open on February 25 and conclude on February 27. The IPO is priced in the range of Rs 138–145 per share, with a total issue size of Rs 80.11 crore. Shares will be listed on NSE SME. Socradamus Capital is the lead manager to the issue.
Omnitech Engineering Ltd. IPO, a mainboard offering, will open on February 25 and close on February 27. The company has set a price band of Rs 216–227 per share and plans to raise Rs 583 crore. The shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE, with Equirus Capital as the lead manager.
The jewellery company, PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd. is set to launch its IPO between February 24 and February 26. The price band has been fixed at Rs 367–386 per share, aggregating to an issue size of Rs 380 crore. The shares will list on BSE and NSE. Smart Horizon Capital is managing the issue.
Accord Transformer & Switchgear Ltd. IPO will close on February 25. The issue is priced at Rs 43–46 per share and seeks to raise Rs 25.59 crore. It will list on BSE SME, with GYR Capital as the lead manager.
Mobilise App Lab Ltd. IPO, Shree Ram Twistex Ltd. IPO, and Kiaasa Retail Ltd. IPO are opening between February 23 and February 25.
Mobilise App Lab Ltd. IPO has a price band of Rs 75–80 per share and an issue size of Rs 20.10 crore. The shares are set to list on NSE SME. Corporate Capitalventures is the lead manager.
The price band of Shree Ram Twistex Ltd. IPO is Rs 95–104 per share, with an issue size of Rs 110.24 crore. The shares are slated to list on BSE and NSE. Interactive Financial is managing the issue.
Kiaasa Retail Ltd. IPO is priced at Rs 121–127 per share and aims to raise Rs 69.72 crore. It will list on BSE SME, with Expert Global as the lead manager.
Manilam Industries India Ltd. IPO will close on February 24. The price band is Rs 65–69 per share, and the company plans to raise Rs 39.95 crore. The shares are proposed to be listed on NSE SME. NEXGEN Financial Solutions is the lead manager.
Gaudium IVF & Women Health Ltd. IPO is also set to close on February 24. The IPO is priced at Rs 75–79 per share and aims to raise Rs 165 crore. The shares will list on BSE and NSE, with Sarthi Capital as the lead manager. It will list on February 27 on NSE and BSE.
On the listing front, Yashhtej Industries (India) Ltd. is scheduled to debut on BSE SME on February 25. The issue price was fixed at Rs 110 per share, with a total issue size of Rs 88.88 crore. ERUDORE CAPITAL managed the offering.
Fractal Industries Ltd. will list on BSE SME on February 24. The IPO was priced at Rs 216 per share and had an issue size of Rs 49 crore. Finaax Advisors acted as the lead manager.
