'Aryan Khan Aur Mera Dimaag…': Raghav Juyal On Emraan Hashmi Clip From The Ba***ds Of Bollywood | Exclusive
Actor and dancer Raghav Juyal, who plays Parvez in the newly released OTT series The Ba**ds of Bollywood, has become the talking point of the internet thanks to one viral clip. In the series, Parvez is portrayed as a die-hard fan of Emraan Hashmi, and in one of the standout moments, he performs the cult-favourite track Kaho Na Kaho from Hashmi's 2004 hit film Murder. What left fans even more delighted was Raghav singing not just the Hindi verses but also the iconic Arabic portion of the song.
The scene has been widely shared across social media, with fans praising Raghav for his comic timing and dedication to the role. The clip has quickly gone viral, making Parvez one of the most talked-about characters in the show.
In an exclusive chat with News18 Showsha, Raghav reacted to all the love pouring in. He admitted he was overwhelmed with the response and grateful that the scene struck such a chord with audiences. He said, “Bahut accha response mila. Expect kiya tha maine bhi aur Aryan ne bhi ke aisa hoga. I really worked hard on myself and created something new. Bahut maza aaya mujhe. Emraan sir aaye aur woh scene hua, main rone bhi lag gaya scene mein! Aur woh bante bante ban gaya aisa scene — bahut hee dil se kiya maine. Agar main comedy karne ki koshish karta toh ajeeb ho jaati, lekin dil se maine aansoo nikale aur woh gaana gaya. Maine specially Arabic version gaya, I thought usse funny lagega (I got a really good response. Aryan and I both expected it would turn out this way. I really worked hard on myself and created something new. I enjoyed it a lot. When Emraan sir came and that scene happened, I actually started crying in the scene! And while doing it, the scene just shaped up like that — I did it straight from the heart. If I had tried to do comedy, it would have felt awkward, but I genuinely shed tears and sang that song. I specifically sang the Arabic version because I thought it would come across as funny)."
Speaking about his off-screen dynamic with Aryan Khan, Raghav said that their combination is “ghatak". He said, “Aryan aur mera dono ka dimaag thoda khudafaati hai. Dono ka dimaag mil jaata toh kuch aur hi ban jaata screen par. So we have a great camaraderie. Main aur Aryan jab milte the scene set par toh saari public jaan jaati thi kuch hone wala hai. Mera aur Aryan ka combination bahut ghatak hai! (Aryan and I both have a bit of a mischievous mind. If our minds came together, something entirely different would happen on screen. So we have a great camaraderie. Whenever Aryan and I met on set, everyone around knew that something was about to happen. My combination with Aryan is really lethal)."
With the viral moment adding to the buzz, it's safe to say Raghav Juyal's Parvez is fast becoming one of the most memorable characters of The Ba**ds of Bollywood.
