AIBE 21 Registration Begins: Steps To Apply; BCI To Conduct AIBE XXI On June 7
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has commenced the registration process for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 21 today, February 2. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website at allindiabarexamination.com by April 30. The exam is set to be conducted on June 7.

To be eligible for AIBE, candidates must hold a three- or five-year LL.B. degree from BCI-recognised universities or approved colleges. This includes graduates, current students, and those who previously enrolled but withdrew from their courses. Final-year and final-semester LL.B. students with no pending balances are also eligible to apply.
Candidates must note that only those who pass the examination will receive the Certificate of Practice (CoP) from BCI, which is essential for law graduates to practise in courts across India.

AIBE 21 Registration Begins: Direct Link To Apply
The AIBE Exam will be conducted offline in a pen and paper format. It will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each question carrying one mark. Candidates will have three hours to complete the exam. According to the marking scheme, candidates will earn one mark for each correct answer, with no negative marking.
The All India Bar Examination is a mandatory qualifying exam for law graduates who wish to practice law in India. To be eligible, candidates must have completed a three-year or five-year LLB course from a university or college recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
