Xbox Cloud Gaming Is Finally Here In India: All You Need To Know
Microsoft has finally announced the Xbox Cloud Gaming service for users in India this week. This makes it the 29 markets where the cloud version of Xbox Gaming is available across the globe, and allows more people in the country to enjoy online gaming without needing a console.
The gaming service lets you enjoy some of the popular Xbox game titles just with the help of high-speed internet, and a subscription to access all these games which makes it cheaper than buying an all new Xbox console.
Xbox Cloud Gaming India Launch: How To Get Started
The best thing about Xbox Cloud Gaming is that you can play the console games on phone, PCs or even the big screen TV in your living room. Everything is based on the cloud which just needs you to pay for the Xbox Game Pass subscription as well as invest in the Xbox controllers. Here's how you can also sign up for the gaming service:
You can also do this on TVs from brands like Samsung, LG or using the Amazon Fire TV Stick where you can download the Xbox app and get access to the cloud service. Online gaming services are not new and you also have Apple with the Arcade that caters to its ecosystem products, while Google launched and then shut down Stadia cloud service.

But having the hardware is not enough to use the Xbox Cloud Gaming and you need to invest in the Game Pass plans to access all the popular titles, free monthly games and more benefits. You have to choose from the Game Pass Essential, Premium and Ultimate plans that work cross-device so that you can start the game on one device and continue where you left off on the big TV.
Microsoft has usually been indifferent to the demands in the Indian market but the Xbox Cloud Gaming looks like a match for the country and all its users who can enjoy the Xbox experience at a fraction of cost.
