WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 Highlights: CM Punk and AJ Lee left the WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 in Chicago, Illinois as triumphant wrestlers, while the event also witnessed Rhea Ripley and Randy Orton punch thei ticket to Wrestlemania with a win in the headline events in the men’s and the women’s categories.

Punk defended his World Heavyweight Championship crown with a win over Finn Balor in a bout which earned him the respect of Balor, who lauded his opponent on a deserved win at the end of an excellent exhibition of professional wrestling.

Punk’s missus, AJ Lee was crowned the new WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship as she made Becky Lynch submit with a Black Widow in an entertaining matchup that included subplots with the officials coming into play.

Rhea got the better of Tiffany Stratton, Kiana James, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, and Raquel Rodriguez to win the Women’s Elimination Chamber match and secure her passage to the Show of Shows, while Orton edged out Cody Rhodes, Trick Williams, Jey Uso, LA Knight, Je’Von Evans in the Men’s Elimination Chamber headline ebenmt to punch his ticket to the WM.

The EC was the last big stop before WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas and some of the biggest names in the company battled it out for a place in the main event of the WWE spectacle.

Rhea Ripley Beat Tiffany Stratton, Kiana James, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, and Raquel Rodriguez to win the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.

Randy Orton Beat Cody Rhodes, Trick Williams, Jey Uso, LA Knight, Je’Von Evans – Men’s Elimination Chamber match

Randy Orton books his WM berth!

The Legend Killer makes the most of McIntyre’s distraction as he connects with a signature RKO to Rhodes to put the endurance battle to rest after a mouth-watering bout comes to a conclusion.

RKO at Wrestlemania is a certainty now!

A couple of masked me, a decoy and the other, later revealed to be Seth Rollins, interrupt the flow of things as Paul falls victim to the former shied member who takes him out before Rhodes completes the elimination formalities.

But that isn’t all as Drew McIntyre attacks Rhodes, before the in ring dup of Rhodes and Orton take out the Scottish star.

All hell breaks loose as the Vioer makes his way to the middle and goes on the offensive.

Evans follows suit as he attacks LA knight with all he’s got to pick up the second elimination of the day after Williams fell victim to Paul’s attack.

Trick William is the first pod out and he flattens Rhodes swiftly before trading blows with Evans.

Rhodes gets up to his feet and the trio got at it before Loga Paul makes his entry as the second pod opens.

The action heats up as the quad in the ring are at each others throats and to add fuel to the fire, here comes LA Knight, much to the delight of the fans here!

Rhodes and Je’von Evans kick off the much aticipated event with the other stars looking on from their pods.

A place at the Show of Shows at stake here and the crowd favourtie gets us rolling with a barrage of strikes aimed at the up and coming star to entertain the universe.

Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Trick Williams, Jey Uso, LA Knight and Je’Von Evans will battle it out in the Men’s Elimination Chamber bout for a place at the Show of Shows!

Personal rivalries and bragging rights on the line!

Who will end up walking out of the chamber a winner?

Punk manages to tun it around!

The trained dog claws his way back from the dead as he puts it past Balor wit sheer determination!

Just when he seemed down, the champion sent a statement of intent with his fightback to nearly submit Balor, who crawled to the rope.

But, the tide had turned in favour of the seasoned campaigner digs deep with multiple GTS’ before closing his outing with a pinfall.

Cue ‘Cult Of Personality’!

But wait, there’s more! Balor halts Punks’ celebration to extend his hand in congratulations and Punk obliges after a brief thought.

The Champions still reigns!

Both Balor and Punk put each other through hell here!

Balor makes Punk bleed from his face, but the veteran channels all his experience to remain in the bout and tops it with a perfectly connected flying elbow from the top rope.

And just when he thought he had the pin, Balor demonstrates resilience to kick out and keep the bout alive.

As the fight moves outside the ring things get a bit more brutal as Balor kicks Punk through the fence!

Punk goes on the offensive as he outgrappling Balor to put him on his back before he fights back to get a couple of shot in himself!

Balor makes a show of this every chacne he gets as he rubs his domination on Punk when he is standing with the icon groveling on the floor.

CM Punk will put his title on the line against Finn Balor!

Moments ago he was pictured celebrating his missus’ triumph in the second women’s evet of the night!

Let that sink in! And mere minutes later he walks out to defend his title!

This has all the makings of a golden evening at Punk’s household when the old lad sings!

AJ Lee’s night!

She win! And she wins by making Becky tap out!

At one point there, it seemed as thought Bekcy had this one in the bag as she punished Lee with some brutal boots to the head on the concrete outside the ring.

But, Lee claws her way back to put her opponent in the lock, but only after Lynch managed to clock the ref. She sent the ref down and was locked in a Black Widow but Lee’s lock was broken before the official could get back to her feet.

Lynch looks to put her opponent on the turn buckle only to be locked into a black widow yet again, only this time, the ref sees her tap out and call the fight!

Lynch opts for brute strength every opportunity she gets, but the dynamite Lee is uses her speed to her advantage!

Shaping up to be a good matchup this as Lee looks to exploit every chink in Becky’s armour with he pace of movement and Lynch is feeling ti with every blow!

Next up, the Women’s Intercontinental Championship!

Holder Becky Lynch pits her title against the evergreen AJ Lee!

And the official for the bout? Jessika Carr, ofcourse! Not sure how Becks feels about that heading into the crucial fight!

In a wild turn of events, Raquel is eliminated by Stratton to leave her in the rind stood alongside Rhea Ripley for the last women standing!

Stratton, with momentum on her side having being in the ring since the initial bell looks to go the distance.

She takes the fight to Ripley with a combination of swift moves and high risk maneuvers to gain the advantage before Rhea turns things on its head!

Raquel is in the zone as she goes for the double elimination of Asuka and Kiana and executes it to perfection!

It boils down to Raquel and Ripley in the final knockings of the bout here!

The action heats up with each wrestler walking in and Alexa Bliss goes for the Sister Abigail, before being misted by Asuka for a resersal.

And as fate would have it, Bliss is the first one to be shown the exit door, as Raquel Rodrigues walks in!

Asuka is the first lass in!

The trio of wrestlers go at each other with venom in their eyes with Asuka gaining an edge over Stratton with a flying knee to the face.

Alexa Bliss charges in as her pod goes up next!

Some of the biggest names in the company are set to appear, including Becky Lynch, Finn Balor, CM Punk, and AJ Lee, all advertised for major matches. With WrestleMania season in full swing, the stakes could not be higher.

Two Elimination Chamber matches are scheduled for the night, one for the men and one for the women. The winners will earn title matches at WrestleMania 42.
