According to the dietitian, omega-3 fatty acids are the key brain-boosting component in walnuts. They strengthen the membrane of brain cells, helping to improve learning ability, memory, and concentration. Omega-3 also helps balance brain hormones, reducing stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue. This is why walnuts support not only your mind but your mood as well.
