Her diet avoids raw vegetables, fruits, unpasteurised dairy, and raw eggs, focusing instead on freshly cooked meals. The intention is simple: reduce exposure to foodborne bacteria while making meals easier on the digestive system.
A no-raw diet involves consuming foods only after they've been cooked or processed through heat. This method significantly lowers the risk of contamination from harmful microorganisms often found in raw or undercooked foods. Vidya has shared that this way of eating helps her feel lighter, more comfortable, and better nourished especially when travelling or working long hours.
