Trump Kicked Out Epstein From Mar-A-Lago Because He Was A ‘Pedophile And Creep’: White House
The White House on Wednesday defended President Donald Trump, insisting he “did nothing wrong" in his past interactions with Jeffrey Epstein, after Democrats released newly surfaced emails suggesting Trump may have been aware of the financier's abuse of minors.
“Jeffrey Epstein was a member at Mar-a-Lago until President Trump kicked him out because Jeffrey Epstein was a pedophile and a creep," Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters. “These emails prove absolutely nothing other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong."
The denial came as House Democrats on Tuesday released a fresh batch of emails referencing Trump, drawn from thousands of documents handed over by the Epstein estate and now under congressional review, the BBC reported.
The emails posted on X by the House Oversight Committee include exchanges between Epstein, his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff. In several messages, Epstein appears to refer directly to Trump.
One email from April 2011 shows Epstein writing to Maxwell: “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn't barked is Trump.. [Victim] spent hours at my house with him; he has never once been mentioned." Maxwell replied: “I have been thinking about that."
The reference to Trump and an unnamed alleged victim has intensified scrutiny in Washington. House Democrats say the emails raise fresh concerns about Trump's past ties to Epstein and have called for the full release of all related documents.
“The Epstein estate released a total of 23,000 documents that the Oversight Committee is currently reviewing," Democrats on the panel noted, describing the effort as part of a broader attempt to map Epstein's political and social network.
Oversight Committee ranking Democrat Robert Garcia said the new correspondence raises “glaring questions" about what information may still be withheld.
“The more Donald Trump tries to cover up the Epstein files, the more we uncover," Garcia said. “These latest emails raise glaring questions about what else the White House is hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the President."
He urged the Department of Justice to release the full trove immediately, saying the committee would continue pushing “for justice for the victims."
The document release comes as the US House reconvenes after a weeks-long recess, likely reigniting debate over the so-called Epstein Files, the cache of government records tied to Epstein's associates and alleged crimes.

Trump has long denied involvement in Epstein's illegal activities. The two were known to socialise in the 1990s and early 2000s before a reported falling-out in 2004.
In July, The New York Times reported that US Attorney General Pam Bondi informed Trump that his name appeared in the Epstein files. The White House has not commented further on the latest disclosures.
