Touchscreen To Test Drive In Minutes, Inside Singapore’s High-Tech Car Vending Machine
In Singapore, there is a 15-story glass tower that looks like a futuristic vending machine, but instead of snacks, it dispenses luxury cars. Yes, you read that right!
Built by Autobahn Motors, the tower stacks over 60 high-end vehicles, including Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, and Bentleys, all visible behind a full-height glass wall. From the outside, it looks like a giant Matchbox car display turned into a skyscraper.
Visitors can pick a car from a touchscreen panel on the ground floor. Once a choice is made, a robotic lift quickly retrieves the vehicle and delivers it to the ground in under two minutes. The idea came from Singapore's limited space, turning car buying into an experience that feels more like visiting a theme park than a typical dealership.
Buying A Car Is Like Using A Vending Machine
The system is simple. You select a car on the screen, watch videos of it, and even take it for a test drive before deciding. The whole process is fast, seamless, and designed to make buying a supercar exciting and easy.
The tower also features classic models, making it a treat for vintage car fans as well as supercar enthusiasts.
A Mix Of Tech And Tourist Attraction
The building's sleek, futuristic design has made it a popular stop for visitors. People come not only to buy cars but also to see the engineering marvel in action.
Its success has sparked global interest, with some developers looking at similar systems for efficient parking and car storage solutions.

People Have Lots to Say About It
Photos of the tower have sparked a flood of reactions online. A person asked, “And how do you get the papers for the car?"
Another noted, “I'm sure one can't just buy one of those. Singapore is very restrictive on that. You have to pay more than 100 grand just to have the right to own a car."

Others joked, “Why don't you just create a vending machine for the keys?" and “Can I pay with a debit card?"
One user added, “Sadly, with taxes in SG, few would own a car, let alone a supercar."
