Ingredients:
For the Pie Dough:
● Cold Salted Butter – 100 g
● All-Purpose Flour – 125 g
● Chilled Water – 15–20 g
For the Strawberry Filling:
● Fresh Strawberries – 300 g
● Castor Sugar – 35 g
● Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
● Cinnamon – A pinch
● Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
● Cornstarch – 4 g
For Assembly:
● Milk (for brushing the crust)
