Several companies are scheduled to announce their quarterly results, while dividend-related actions, an anchor investor lock-in expiry, large orders and business updates could also influence individual stocks.
Tata Motors PV is scheduled to announce its results post-market on Friday. Tata Motors reported strong Q1 FY27 consolidated numbers, with revenue rising 19.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 20,667 crore. EBITDA increased 66 per cent to Rs 3,280 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 15.9 per cent from 11.4 per cent. Profit after tax rose 83 per cent to Rs 2,560 crore. Total wholesales stood at 108.7 million units, up 26 per cent year-on-year.
Max Healthcare
Max Healthcare is scheduled to announce its quarterly results on Friday, with the timing to be disclosed. The stock will remain in focus as investors assess the company’s operating performance and margin trajectory.

Abbott India’s Q1 FY27 consolidated performance was strong. Revenue rose 4.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,814 crore, while EBITDA increased 17 per cent to Rs 523 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 28.8 per cent from 25.6 per cent. PAT rose 17 per cent to Rs 429 crore.
Arvind reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance. Consolidated revenue increased 24.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,501 crore. EBITDA rose 36 per cent to Rs 240 crore, with margin improving to 9.6 per cent from 8.8 per cent. PAT jumped more than eightfold to Rs 32 crore from Rs 4 crore.
Fiem Industries reported mixed Q1 FY27 numbers. Consolidated revenue rose 17.7 per cent to Rs 775 crore, while EBITDA increased 16 per cent to Rs 104 crore. However, EBITDA margin declined to 13.4 per cent from 13.6 per cent. PAT rose 12 per cent to Rs 65 crore. Employee benefits expense increased to Rs 117 crore from Rs 90 crore.
GIC Housing Finance reported a modest improvement in its Q1 FY27 standalone numbers. Net interest income rose 2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 91 crore, while PAT increased 36 per cent to Rs 10 crore from Rs 7 crore.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra reported mixed Q1 FY27 consolidated numbers. Revenue rose 65 per cent year-on-year to Rs 548 crore, while EBITDA increased 18.7 per cent to Rs 48.8 crore. EBITDA margin declined to 8.9 per cent from 12.3 per cent. PAT rose 19.3 per cent to Rs 34 crore.
SKF India reported a weak Q1 FY27 performance, with consolidated revenue falling 54.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 588 crore. EBITDA declined 47.2 per cent to Rs 88 crore, while PAT fell 47.5 per cent to Rs 62 crore. The company saw pressure from higher costs.
Sudarshan Chemical Industries reported strong Q1 FY27 numbers. Revenue increased 5.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,642 crore, while EBITDA rose 34.5 per cent to Rs 258.6 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 9.8 per cent from 7.7 per cent. PAT jumped 88 per cent to Rs 103 crore.
GRM Overseas reported a strong Q1 FY27 performance. Consolidated revenue increased 30 per cent year-on-year to Rs 427 crore. EBITDA rose 49 per cent to Rs 35.6 crore, with margin improving to 8.3 per cent from 7.3 per cent. PAT increased 12.6 per cent to Rs 21 crore.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering has received an order worth Rs 77.76 crore. The order involves the supply of three rakes of ACT1 wagons, along with one BVCM wagon with each rake. The order win could keep the stock in focus.
GE Power India has received orders worth around Rs 550 crore from Saudi Arabia-based Dar Al Balad for the Shoaiba Fuel Conversion Project. The scope covers supply and services under two separate Notices of Award.
Jio Financial Services will be in focus after its subsidiary Jio Credit received a major investment commitment from Bank of America’s corporate subsidiary NB Holdings. NB Holdings will invest Rs 18,270 crore in Jio Credit. Jio Credit will issue shares worth Rs 6,613 crore and warrants worth Rs 11,655 crore to NB Holdings. Following conversion of the warrants, NB Holdings will hold 49.9 per cent in Jio Credit.
JSW Cement will be in focus as the anchor investor lock-in for around 44 per cent of the shares is set to open. Investors will watch for any increase in trading activity and potential supply pressure following the expiry.
Godrej Consumer Products will trade ex-dividend on Friday for an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. Investors buying the stock on or after the ex-date will not be eligible for the dividend.
Power Grid Corporation of India will also trade ex-dividend on Friday for a final dividend of Rs 1.25 per share.
Tata, HAL and Mahindra Defence-related stocks could remain in focus after the government issued a tender to procure 60 multirole transport aircraft at an estimated value of around Rs 1 lakh crore. The project places emphasis on manufacturing the aircraft in India and strengthening the armed forces’ airlift and logistics capabilities.

JSW Infrastructure’s subsidiary JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour Container Terminal has entered into a concession agreement with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata. The two concessions have a combined capacity of around 1.4 million TEU per year, to be developed in phases.
