Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi And More: Bollywood Actors Named In Dawood Ibrahim’s Drug Parties Probe

Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi and several other Bollywood celebrities have been named in an investigation related to underworld gangster Dawood Ibrahim-linked drug parties. Recently, Mumbai Police's Anti-Narcotics Cell busted a major drug syndicate, which is said to be run by wanted drug lord Salim Dola, who is said to be an associate of Dawood Ibrahim.

As reported by India Today, Dola operated the syndicate from Dubai. His son, Taher Dola, who was extradited from the UAE in August, has now revealed key details related to the case. According to the documents accessed by the publication, Taher has claimed that several Bollywood actors, models, rappers, filmmakers, and relatives of Dawood Ibrahim attended drug parties organised by him in India and abroad.

Among others, actresses Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor and her brother Siddharth Kapoor have also been accused of attending these parties.

“Further investigation into the said accused No. 05 has revealed that he is organising drug parties in the country and abroad and supplying drugs to those parties," the remand copy reads.

“The said accused has previously organised drug parties in the country and abroad with Alisha Parkar, Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor and her brother Siddharth Kapoor, Zishan Siddiqui, Ori alias Orhan, Abbas Mastaan, Loka and many other people and has himself joined in them and is supplying drugs to these and other people," it added.

Reportedly, the Mumbai Crime Branch will now summon these actors and other celebrities named in the case to record their statements.

It should also be noted that neither Shraddha Kapoor nor Nora Fatehi nor any of their team members have reacted to the controversy as of now. More details about the case are awaited.

Interestingly, Shraddha Kapoor played Dawood Ibrahim's younger sister, Haseena Parkar, in a 2017 movie directed by Apoorva Lakhia. In that film, her brother Siddharth Kapoor played Dawood.
