Shilpa Shetty And Shamita Shetty Step Out With Mom Sunanda For First Time After Her Hospital Discharge
Shilpa Shetty's mom, Sunanda Shetty, was recently admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, and reports claimed that she was admitted due to age-related issues. Now, as she has been discharged from the hospital, Sunanda, along with her daughters Shilpa Shetty and Shamita Shetty, was snapped in Mumbai as they stepped out.
Sunanda, who is on the road to recovery, was seen with her daughters, Shamita and Shilpa, who guided her out as they headed home after spending some quality time at the Blondie restaurant in the city. Shilpa was seen wearing loose grey-on-grey tracks. For her appearance, Shilpa left her hair open in soft curls, and with dewy makeup and sunglasses on, she accessorized the ensemble with a stylish bag.

On the other hand, Shamita Shetty looked smart in body-fit pants with a loose sleeveless top. Shamita also left her hair open in a no-makeup look. Meanwhile, Sunanda was seen wearing a comfortable brown printed suit set, with her hair tied up in a simple bun.
While Shamita and Shilpa seemingly ignored the paparazzi stationed outside the restaurant at first, Sunanda greeted them with a smile and took a brief pause before making her way out. The two sisters made sure their mom was seated comfortably in the car, then they said goodbye to each other and posed for the cameras before heading to their destination.

While Shilpa Shetty's mother is now discharged from the hospital, Sunanda Shetty's hospitalisation came just days after the actress withdrew her plea seeking permission to travel abroad. This followed the Bombay High Court's decision not to stay a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against her and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, in connection with an alleged ₹60-crore cheating case.
On October 8, the Bombay High Court stated that their request to lift the LOC and allow travel abroad would only be considered if they paid the disputed ₹60 crore amount. The Mumbai Police's Economic Offences Wing (EOW) had earlier issued the LOC, leading the couple to seek temporary relief.
However, Shilpa's counsel later informed the Division Bench, comprising Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam A. Ankhad, that the actress had decided not to pursue her travel plans for the time being.
On the professional front, Shilpa was last seen as a judge on Super Dancer Chapter 5, while Raj Kundra recently made his TV debut on the reality show The Traitors.
