Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold Price Is A Big Debate: How Much Will It Cost Buyers?

Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold has been officially unveiled this week, showing us what the next foldable avatar from the company offers. But like most products, this one had more interest because of its expected price tag. Apple is likely to unveil its iPhone foldable next year, and Samsung already has multiple generations of the regular Fold in the market.

So, the TriFold is more of a bigger bet to show its innovative prowess in front of the world, even though it is not the first to bring the product.

Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold Phone Price Expected

Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold is tipped to be priced around $2,500 (Rs 2.67 lakh approx) which makes it costlier than the most premium Galaxy Z Fold 7 2TB model in the market.

More importantly, Samsung is going to start selling the unique product in South Korea from December 12, 2025 and after that it will be coming to markets like China, US, Singapore and the UAE among others. India is missing the phase 1 launch cut which is not surprising but we hope to see it launched in the country sometime in 2026.

Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold Specifications

The TriFold features the traditional folding mechanism that opens from the cover display, the next layer and then the full avatar. You also have IP48 rating and for its stature the Galaxy Z TriFold weighs 309 grams.

The device sports a 6.5-inch 120Hz AMOLED cover display with Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection. Samsung is using last year's Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship chipset with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage for the new model. You have it with the latest One UI 8 version based on Android 16 out of the box, and the company is enabling DeX mode to work on the device in the 10-inch form itself.

For optics, the TriFold has a 200MP main sensor clubbed with a 10MP telephoto lens and a 12MP ultrawide lens. The front caters to dual 10MP selfie shooters. And finally, the phone packs a 3-cell 5,600mAh battery that only offers 45W charging support.
