Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ tablet has launched in India this week as it looks to make use of the growing demand for tablets in the country as well as build its own mid-range lineup with more options.

The latest Galaxy tablet gets Gemini support and features a high refresh display. It is powered by a MediaTek chipset and you get both Wi-Fi and cellular (5G) as the connectivity variants. The new tablet has also got DeX support so that you can connect the device to an external display and use it with other accessories.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ price in India starts at Rs 22,999 for the Wi-Fi 128GB variant, going up to Rs 26,999 if you want the 5G 128GB model. The 256GB versions with Wi-Fi and 5G come at Rs 28,999 and Rs 32,999, respectively. Samsung is already selling the tablet in the country.

The new tablet sports a 11-inch TFT display with 90Hz refresh rate and even gets quad speakers with Dolby Atmos. The device is using a MediaTek Dimensity chipset with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and you have it running on the latest One UI 8 version based on Android 16. The company is promising 7 OS upgrades as well as 7 years of security patches for the device like its flagships. It even gets support for Gemini AI features.

The Tab A11+ gets an 8MP camera at the back and a 5MP shooter on the front to let you take video meetings. This is also one of the few tablets in the range to work with a monitor and other accessories to double up as an Android-powered PC. The tablet packs a 7,040mAh battery that gets 25W charging support.

Samsung's new Galaxy Tab A model will be competing with the OnePlus Pad Go series which is getting an upgrade later this month. It also rivals the Xiaomi Pad 7 and even the entry level iPad model.
