‘Saa**, Tere Jaisi 10 Rakhi Hai...’: Noida Uber Driver Tries To Hit Women Passengers With Pipe
A regular Uber ride in Noida turned into a frightening experience for 5 women when their driver allegedly became aggressive and threatened them. The incident happened when one of them booked a cab from Botanical Garden to their office and followed the usual route.
During the ride, a woman from the group asked the driver to take another route to avoid traffic. And, it didn't go down well. The driver reportedly refused to listen and started making derogatory remarks.
When the woman tried to stop the car, he demanded money. After they refused, he allegedly stopped, got out of the car, opened the trunk and threatened them with a pipe.

The incident left the women scared and shocked. Following their complaint, the driver, identified as Brajesh Kumar, was arrested and his car was seized.
The video was shared on Instgaram and it has shocked people online.
How An Uber Ride Turned Frightening For Five Women In Noida
Taking to Instagram, the woman wrote, “This incident happened to us in Noida when we booked an Uber cab from Botanical Garden metro station to Sector 128, Noida, to our office. The vehicle number is UP 16 QT 4732, and the driver's name was Brajesh. We were following our usual route. We were 5 girls. I was sitting in the front seat, and I asked the driver to take the underpass instead of the U-turn due to heavy traffic. We even requested him multiple times not to take the U-turn, but he still took that route."
When they “told him ki ‘Why did you take us from here? Now we'll get stuck in traffic.' Then suddenly, the driver, without any provocation, started speaking very rudely and said, ‘Just sit quietly. I'll take you from where the map shows.' When we requested him to speak politely, saying ‘How are you talking to us like this?' Then he started saying things like ‘Tu saali, tu kaun hai mujhe batane wali teri Aukaat kya hai, tere jaisi 10 rakhi hai mere paas kaam karne ke liye, 12-13 gadiyan chalti hain meri. (Who are you to tell me what to do? I have ten women like you working for me and I drive 12–13 cars),' and continued abusing us."
“Then we told him that we will report him to the police coz he was literally giving us maa bhen ki gali and we were scared. He said things like ‘Do whatever you want, go ahead and get me punished' and started abusing again and was about to hit me as he was very aggressive. I was sitting right beside him. We asked him to pull the car to the side. We want to get off, he said, ‘I'll teach you a lesson.' When I was stepping out of the car, he pushed m,e saying, ‘Get out of here and pay the money,' and when we refused, he parked the car, got out, went to his car trunk, saying, ‘Tu ruk, tujhe to main abhi batata hun, aaj tujhe maarke jail bhi jana pade to chala jaunga. (Wait, I'll show you now. Even if I have to hit you and go to jail, I'll do it),' and pulled out a white rod to hit us," she added.
She explained that when they began recording the driver, he continued the verbal abuse and became aggressive toward one of her friends who was holding the phone. He ran toward her, trying to hit her and snatch the phone from her hands. The women tried to call the police and the women's helpline for help, but no one responded, which left them feeling helpless.
Uber's Response
Soon after the video went viral, social media users shared their outrage. Even Uber responded to the post, they wrote, “This is concerning. Such behaviour is unacceptable and we prioritise your safety above all else. Kindly send your registered Uber account contact details through Direct Message, and our safety team will contact you shortly."
Driver Arrested, Car Seized Following Complaint
According to a Times of India report, Brajesh Kumar was arrested after a complaint was filed against him at Sector 39 police station.
