The updated ex-showroom prices show the Classic 650 now starting around Rs 3.65 lakh, the Shotgun 650 from about Rs 3.98 lakh, and the Continental GT 650 from roughly Rs 3.53 lakh, before state taxes and registration. These changes do not include any mechanical upgrades or feature additions; the core specifications remain the same. Buyers should check with local dealers for exact variant pricing and on-road costs.
The Royal Enfield Classic 650 now starts at about Rs 3.65 lakh ex-showroom across its variants, with prices rising by a few thousand rupees compared with earlier listings. Despite the increase, the motorcycle retains its parallel-twin 648cc engine and long-standing mechanical setup. The Classic 650 remains positioned as a larger capacity retro roadster in RE's range, with the price hike primarily reflecting cost and tax adjustments rather than added features.
The Shotgun 650, Royal Enfield's cruiser-style 650cc motorcycle, has also seen its ex-showroom price move up. Post revision, the Shotgun 650 is priced from around Rs 3.98 lakh onwards across available variants. Like the Classic 650, the increase is modest and does not coincide with any technical changes. This model continues to use the 648cc twin-cylinder engine with its cruiser ergonomics and styling intact.
The Continental GT 650 cafe racer variant has been repriced as well, now starting at approximately Rs 3.53 lakh ex-showroom for the base version, with higher trims reaching around Rs 3.82 lakh on the top end. The hike varies by colour and trim, typically by a few thousand rupees. The mechanical setup remains unchanged, with the 648cc twin engine and six-speed gearbox carried over.
Apart from these, the Interceptor 650, Super Meteor 650, and Bear 650 have also seen a hike. The Interceptor starts at Rs 3.35 lakh, while the Super Meteor 650 and Bear 650 are priced at Rs 4.03 lakh and Rs 3.75 lakh, respectively. Mentioned prices are ex-showroom.
The price increases across the 650cc lineup are relatively small in the context of the overall price, but they do mean that prospective buyers should update their budget plans accordingly. Since there are no changes to engine performance or standard equipment with this revision, the focus remains on cost adjustments. For precise numbers on on-road pricing, checking with authorised Royal Enfield dealerships remains essential before booking any model.
