Realme GT 8 Pro Unveiled With Ricoh GR-Tuned Camera And 7,000mAh Battery: Price, Specs

Realme GT 8 Pro and the GT 8 models have been unveiled in China this week and these will make their way to the Indian market in the next few weeks. The GT 8 series is using the Snapdragon 8 Elite lineup for power but the new Ricoh GR camera partnership is what people are excited about.

These GT 8 series models pack a 7,000mAh battery thanks to the silicon carbon tech which does not compromise on charging speeds. You have them available with the Android 16-based Realme UI version out of the box.

Realme GT 8 And GT 8 Price And Variants

Realme GT 8 Pro prices start from CNY 3,999 (Rs 48,900 approx) for the base 12GB + 256GB variant. The high-end GT 8 Pro model with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage costs CNY 5,199 (Rs 65,000 approx).

The GT 8 model start price is CNY 2,899 (Rs 35,000 approx), going up to CNY 4,099 (Rs 51,000 approx) for the 16GB + 1TB model. These will start selling in China soon.

Realme GT 8 Pro And GT 8 Specifications

The GT 8 Pro and the GT 8 sport a 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with peak brightness of 7,000 nits and up to 144Hz refresh rate. These also come powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 on the GT 8 Pro while the GT 8 uses last year's 8 Elite SoC with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Both the GT 8 phones come packing a 7,000mAh battery where the Pro version offers 120W and the GT 8 model supports 100W charging speeds.

On the imaging front, the GT 8 Pro has a triple camera system that includes a 50MP primary wide Ricoh GR sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with 120x digital zoom support. The GT 8 has a 50MP main sensor, along with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP telephoto lens. The most intriguing part about the module is the ability to swap the layout with different styles available separately.

Realme GT 8 Pro India launch is confirmed for November and these specs will make it a compelling flagship choice without burning a deep hole in your pocket.
