Ranchi Man Turns Colourful Sharpeners Into Mini Auto Rickshaw: ‘AI Can’t Do This’ | Video
Creativity often begins with the smallest things around us, and some people have a special way of seeing magic in items we usually ignore. With a little imagination, even simple objects can turn into fun ideas and playful stories. That is exactly what a man from Ranchi is doing.
He is using colourful sharpeners to build tiny Indian vehicles and bring them to life through animation. His bright models and clever sketches are making people smile.
Man Uses Colourful Sharpeners To Create Indian Vehicles
The video starts with him saying, “This is a sharpener, but I have too many of them," as he shows a handful of colourful sharpeners on a table. He adds, “So I decided to use these colourful sharpeners to make some Indian vehicles. It's not very over-complicated. You'll be able to guess all of them very quickly." He places a black sharpener at the bottom, a yellow one on top, the motor sound plays, and he says this one is a Bajaj auto rickshaw. The creative image shows the sharpener auto moving along a hand-drawn road.
Next, he says, “This next one is also an auto rickshaw. Animating this running smoothly on road feels wrong, because we all know how Bangalore traffic is." He puts a green sharpener at the bottom and a yellow one on top, adds the motor sound again, and the image shows the tiny sharpener auto cruising forward on a drawn street.
Then he says, “This vehicle is retired from the streets of Mumbai, and some of you are lucky enough if you got chance to ride on this. This is a double-decker bus." He joins three red sharpeners together, adds the sound effect, and the image shows a mini double-decker bus rolling beside a sketched bus stop.
He moves on to another model and says, “Sometimes it's a truck, sometimes it's a thela. This is a mini truck. Also, I didn't have a grey colour sharpener, so I ended up using an eraser. I also made additional elements around this mini truck."
With a black sharpener below, green on top, and an eraser in front, the scene shows the tiny truck on the road as drawn characters walk up to dump garbage near it.
Finally, he says, “This last one was actually tough to animate, but I'm glad I was able to make this." With horn sounds and train noises playing, he lines up three blue sharpeners and one red sharpener to mimic a train running on tracks, and the image shows the little train moving along a sketched railway line.
The caption of the post reads, “Sharpners on wheels."
