Rajasthan BSTC Pre DElEd Exam 2026 Registration Begins: Eligibility Criteria, Application Process

The Vardhman Mahaveer Open University in Rajasthan has begun the application process for the Rajasthan BSTC Pre DElEd Exam 2026 for the academic session 2026-27. Interested candidates can apply through the official website, predeledj2026.com, with the registration deadline set for December 31, 2026.

This entrance exam will enable admission to around 26,000 seats across more than 376 D.El.Ed colleges in Rajasthan. Aspiring primary school teachers must complete the two-year D.El.Ed course. Last year, over five lakh candidates applied for the D.El.Ed entrance exam, with 70% of applicants being women.

Educational Qualification: General category candidates must have at least 50% marks in Class 12. SC, ST, OBC, and differently-abled category candidates need a minimum of 45% marks.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for general category applicants is 28 years, with reserved category candidates eligible for age relaxation as per reservation rules.

– D.El.Ed. in both General and Sanskrit – Rs. 450

– D.El.Ed. in General or Sanskrit – Rs. 500

Candidates must fill the application form for the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed through the official website by following the below steps:

Step 1- Candidates must first visit the official Pre D.El.Ed 2025 website.

Step 2- Review the Pre D.El.Ed 2025 notification on the home page and confirm their eligibility.

Step 3- Click on the Application Form 2025 link on the home page.

Step 4- Fill in all the information correctly in the application form.

Step 5- Upload all the required documents, a recent passport-size photograph, and a signature.

Step 6- Pay the application fee.

Step 7- After completing all the information, submit the application form.

Step 8- Finally, take a printout and preserve it for future reference.

Rajasthan D.El.Ed course is also known as BSTC. This course is of two years. After completing this course, the candidate becomes eligible for Rajasthan Third Grade Teacher Level 1.
