Poco F8 Ultra And F8 Pro With Snapdragon 8 Elite Series And Bose Speaker Launched: Price, Specs

Poco F8 Ultra and F8 Pro have been announced this week and at least one of these models will be making its way to India very soon. The new Poco phones are using the Snapdragon 8 Elite chips and based on the moniker, you can guess the Ultra variant packs the latest version.

The Poco F8 Ultra also has a refreshing denim finish, features speakers from Bose, and has a 50MP triple camera system. You also get it with the new HyperOS 3 version from Xiaomi which is based on Android 16.

Poco F8 Ultra And F8 Pro Price

Poco F8 Ultra price starts at $729 (Rs 64,900 approx) for the base 12GB + 256GB model, going up to $799 (Rs 68,100 approx) for the higher 16GB + 512GB variant. The Poco F8 Pro is priced at $579 (Rs 52,100 approx) and $629 (Rs 56,100 approx) if you want the 12GB + 256GB and the 12GB + 512GB model, respectively.

Poco F8 Ultra And Poco F8 Pro Specifications

Poco F8 Ultra gets a bigger 6.9-inch OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, while the F8 Pro carries a smaller 6.59-inch AMOLED panel, also with up to 120Hz refresh rate. The Ultra variant uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and the F8 Pro goes for last year's Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Both phones come with Android 16-based HyperOS 3 version.

On the imaging side the F8 Ultra has a 50MP triple camera system with a wide OIS sensor, a telephoto lens and an ultrawide lens. The F8 Pro also has the same number of cameras but you get a 50MP wide and telephoto sensor but an 8MP ultrawide lens.

The front has a 32MP shooter on the F8 Ultra, while the F8 Pro gets a 20MP selfie camera. The Ultra model has a 6,500mAh battery with 100W fast wired and 50W wireless charging support. The F8 Pro packs a 6,210mAh battery with the same wired fast speed but 22.5W reverse wired charging. The F8 Ultra gets Bose speakers with a 2.1 stereo setup, and both the devices will be getting 4 OS upgrades and six years of security patches.
