The OnePlus 15R is going to be launching along with the OnePlus 15 flagship model this year itself in India and now we have an official teaser confirming the news. The end of 2025 is turning into a launch bonanza for buyers and OnePlus is clearly not done yet.

The 15R is seen as a hard-core flagship device but with a more affordable price tag than the premium version.

The new teaser also confirms that OnePlus is fully going with the square camera module for its models, moving away from the circular system. The OnePlus 15R could be the Indian variant of the OnePlus Ace 6 or the Ace 6T model that will be available in China.

The OnePlus 15R India launch teaser shows us the design and colour of the new model, which looks a lot like the OnePlus 13s which also came with a dual rear camera system. The teaser shows the 15R in green and black colour ways.

We expect the device to have the Plus Key like all the recent OnePlus launches. The 15R teaser also hints at a flatter frame which is also the pattern we've seen with the 13s and the OnePlus 15 as well.

The OnePlus 15R launching in India is tipped to be the rebranded version of Ace 6T that will be announced soon in China. This device is expected to feature a 6.7-inch OLED 1.5K resolution display and with up to 165Hz refresh rate like the premium variant. OnePlus could use the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with up to 16GB RAM to power the device and offer it with up to 1TB storage.

There could be some downgrades as well, with the 15R likely to get a dual camera system, which is one less than the OnePlus 13R offered. However, you could be looking at a massive 8,000mAh battery unit packed inside which gets 100W wired fast charging support.
