Nykaa Share Price: FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent of beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa, saw its shares jump 6.2% in Friday's trade on February 6 to a one-year high of Rs 274.45 apiece. The rally extended the stock's winning streak to a fourth straight session as brokerages remained bullish after the company delivered a better-than-expected performance in the December quarter.
According to CNBC TV18, Japanese brokerage Nomura upgraded Nykaa to ‘buy' from ‘hold' and raised its target price to Rs 305 from Rs 261 earlier, implying an upside potential of 17% from Thursday's closing level. Mint could not independently verify the report.
Nomura expects Nykaa's EBITDA to sustain a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 25%, even after clocking a 45% CAGR over the past period.
Domestic brokerage JM Financial also reiterated its positive view, maintaining a ‘buy' rating with a target price of Rs 325 per share, indicating an upside potential of nearly 26%.
JM Financial said Nykaa has delivered despite a challenging environment by expanding margins while continuing to post industry-leading growth across segments. It expects lower marketing spends and strong operating leverage to further support profitability going ahead.
The brokerage added that growth momentum is likely to remain intact, with higher beauty and personal care (BPC) profits gradually offsetting losses in the eB2B segment, while the fashion business is expected to turn profitable as early as FY26. JM Financial also described Nykaa as one of the most sustainable compounding stories in the Indian internet space.
Nykaa Q3FY26 performance
Nykaa reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 68 crore in Q3FY26, marking a sharp 157% year-on-year increase, as per its consolidated financial statements filed on Thursday.
Consolidated revenue from core operations rose 27% year on year to Rs 2,873 crore, while EBITDA jumped 63% to Rs 230 crore. EBITDA margins expanded by 180 basis points to 8% during the quarter.
The strong performance was driven by robust demand for skincare and makeup products, with beauty segment revenue rising 27% year on year to Rs 2,622 crore in the December quarter.
The company also recorded its highest-ever quarterly consolidated gross merchandise value (GMV) of Rs 5,795 crore, up 28% year on year.
Nykaa reported a 26% increase in annual unique transacting customers (AUTC) in the beauty segment to 18.7 million, while the fashion segment saw a 33% rise to 4.1 million customers. Total orders during the quarter climbed 39% year on year to 3 million.
