Modi-Nitish track record is of keeping promises: PM Modi

Modi addressed two rallies in Bihar on Friday - in Aurangabad and Bhabua - where he claimed that the high voting percentage in Bihar in the first phase has ruffled the Mahagatbandhan, underlining that this is an indicator of people's faith in the governance track record of Narendra-Nitish dispensations.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday claimed he has always kept the promises he has made to the people, citing the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, abrogation of Article 370 and Operation Sindoor to avenge the Pahalgam terror attack. He maintained that the electorate should then rest assured that the NDA manifesto announcement of 10 million jobs to the youth in Bihar will be fulfilled.
"The track record of Modi and Nitish Kumar is in front of everybody... When I say I will do this, that means I am surely going to do it. Modi had said Ram temple will be constructed. You tell me, was the temple constructed or not? Was the 500-year-old pending issue completed or not?... Modi had said the wall of Article 370 will fall? Was it removed or not?" he said.
The PM reminded the voters that in the wake of the Pahalgham terror attack, he had said on the soil of Bihar that it will be avenged. "Have you people seen or not how Pakistan was crushed in Operation Sindoor?" he said.
He also mentioned the implementation of one-rank-one-pension 11 years ago for the armed forces. "Our forces had been demanding this for four decades but Congress kept lying to them. Congress (governments) showed them (corpus of) ₹500 crore but never kept its promise. Can one betray the promise made to the armed forces? Those who do so are worthless or not?" he said.
RJD, he said, has taken away land from the people in lieu of giving them jobs. In an outreach to women voters, he emphasised that the NDA government at the Centre and in Bihar have left no stone unturned to provide jobs and self-employment to them.
