Barcelona's teenage sensation Lamine Yamal has once again shattered records, becoming the youngest player ever to be named in the FIFPRO Men's World XI.
At just 18 years old, Yamal earned 10,167 votes from fellow professionals around the world, finishing second only to goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma (13,609 votes), according to the global players' union.
The Spain and Barcelona winger breaks the record previously held by Kylian Mbappé, who was 19 when he made the 2018 team following France's World Cup triumph.
The 2025 Men's World XI is stacked with star power, including Yamal's Barcelona teammate Pedri, Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham, and Kylian Mbappé, who earned his sixth selection.
Ballon d'Or winner Ousmane Dembélé led a contingent of five Paris Saint-Germain players — including Achraf Hakimi, Nuno Mendes, Vitinha, and Donnarumma, who has since joined Manchester City — after guiding PSG to their first-ever Champions League crown last season.
Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk and Chelsea's breakout star Cole Palmer complete the lineup, rounding off a selection that blends youth, experience, and unmatched talent.

Chelsea's Hannah Hampton and Millie Bright joined Bronze, while Arsenal's trio of Leah Williamson, Chloe Kelly, and Alessia Russo were also named after a glittering year that saw England win both the Euro 2025 and the Women's Champions League.
Barcelona's Spanish stars Aitana Bonmatí, Alexia Putellas, and Ona Batlle made the list despite losing both finals to England, with Bonmatí recognized as Player of the Tournament and a three-time Ballon d'Or winner.
Zambia's Barbra Banda and Morocco's Ghizlane Chebbak added African representation to the elite XI.
