New Delhi: Bollywood stars Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani became parents to a baby girl on July 15, 2025. The couple recently shared the name of their daughter on social media, sending fans into a frenzy of excitement.

On Instagram, Kiara and Sidharth posted a heartfelt photo showing their hands holding their newborn's tiny feet. The caption read, “From our prayers, to our arms [prayer emoticon] our divine blessing, our princess.”

The couple named their daughter Saraayah Malhotra, a name that beautifully translates to “God's Princess.” While Kiara and Sidharth haven't revealed the exact inspiration behind it, the name appears to be derived from the Hebrew name Sarah, which means “princess,” perfectly reflecting the joy and love they feel for their little one.

Sidharth and Kiara's love story began in the limelight. They met during the after-party of Lust Stories, but their romance blossomed while filming the historical drama Shershaah. The couple tied the knot on February 7, 2023, in an intimate ceremony at the Suryagargh Palace in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, attended by close friends and family. Their wedding video gave fans a glimpse into their dreamy celebration.

The couple announced their pregnancy in March 2025 through a joint Instagram post, sharing a picture of their hands cradling cream-colored baby socks with the caption, “The greatest gift of our lives coming soon.”

Professionally, Kiara was last seen in War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, while Sidharth starred in Param Sundari with Janhvi Kapoor and is preparing for his upcoming project, Vvan: Force of the Forest.
