Jharkhand JAC 10th, 12th Board Exam 2026 Datesheet Out; To Begin On February 3

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has published the examination schedule for classes 10 and 12. As per the official schedule, the JAC Class 10 exams for 2026 will take place from February 3 to February 17, while the JAC Class 12 exams are slated from February 3 to February 23.

JAC will conduct the matric exams in the first shift (9:45 AM to 1:00 PM) and the intermediate exams in the second shift (2:00 PM to 5:15 PM). Students set to take the annual board exams can find the subject-wise timetable on the official website at jac.jharkhand.gov.in.

The council will issue the JAC 10th admit cards 2026 from January 16 and the JAC 12th admit cards 2026 from January 17 onwards. The internal assessment and practical tests for both classes will be held between February 24 and March 7, 2026, at the students' respective schools.

Following the written exams, the evaluation process is expected to begin in March, with JAC likely to announce the class 10th and 12th results by the end of April 2026.

In the Science stream of the 2025 inter examination, a total of 98,634 students registered out of which 78,186 passed. The overall pass percentage for the Science stream stood at 79.26%. A total of 22,066 students appeared for the Commerce exams, out of which 20,285 students passed. The overall pass percentage for the Commerce stream was 91.2%. Jharkhand board class 12 Arts stream recorded an impressive pass percentage of 95.62%. Out of the 2,28,959 students who registered for the exam, 2,27,222 appeared, and 2,17,273 cleared it.

Around 433944 students applied for the JAC Class 10 board exam 2025, and 431488 appeared. The overall pass percentage stood at 91.71% with 395755 students passing the exam.
