Delhi enters the spice conversation with GRAMMIE’s new Mediterranean-inspired menu, Ponté Di Grammie, and the Mandarita is where the heat lives. It’s GRAMMIE’s take on the classic spicy margarita, built with kokum-infused tequila, fresh mandarin, jalapeños and citrus, finished with an oregano salt rim that adds one more layer of flavour before the first sip even happens. Spicy, tangy and well-balanced, it fits neatly into GRAMMIE’s larger idea of Mediterranean landscapes rendered in a glass.
HyLo, Mumbai — The Tribal Story
Naga Sirarakhong chilli meets Gondhoraj lime from West Bengal, both GI-tagged, alongside tequila, honey mezcal and a smoked rim.
