ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Registration Window Reopens Today At icsi.edu

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is set to reopen the application process for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 exam. The online application process will remain open till October 25. Interested and eligible students can register and access the detailed notification for the exam on the official website at icsi.edu.

The CS December 2025 exams are scheduled to be held from December 22 to 29, 2025. Applicants can choose to write the exam in either English or Hindi.

“This is to inform that Online Examination Enrolment window for December, 2025 Session of CS Examinations will be reopened from 10:00 hrs on 23rd October 2025 till 23:59 hrs. on 25th October 2025," reads the official notice.

“Students may submit request(s) for change of Examination Centre, Medium, Module and Elective Subject during the period from 26th October, 2025 to 21st November, 2025 till 16:00 Hours. Thereafter, requests for any change will NOT be entertained under any circumstances," the notice added.

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Eligibility Criteria

For the Executive Programme, students must pass the Online Pre-Examination Test and ODOP/TDOP, depending on the registration period.

For the Professional Programme, passing the Online Pre-Examination Test is also required prior to enrollment.

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Exam Fees

Executive Programme: Rs 1,500 per group

Professional Programme: Rs 1,800 per group

Late Fee: Rs 250 (fixed)

Change of centre/group/medium/optional subject: Rs 250 per change

Adding an extra group: Rs 250

Dubai exam centre surcharge: USD 100 (or equivalent in INR)

— Photograph of the candidate

— Signature of the candidate

— DOB Certificate (10th pass certificate)

— Admit Card/ Hall Ticket for 10+2 Examinations (if appearing)

— 10+2 Pass Certificate/ Mark Sheet

— Category Certificate (for availing Fee Concession)

— Identity proof(Adhar card/passport/voter ID /pan card/driving license/ration card)

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: How To Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of ICSI — icsi.edu

Step 2: Enter your login details such as your registration number and password.

Step 3: Select the module you want to apply for.

Step 4: Click on the registration link.

Step 5: Register yourself and fill out the ICSI CS December exam enrolment form.

Step 6: Pay the application fee.

Step 7: Review your details and click on submit.

Step 8: Download and take a printout for future use.
