ICAI CA January 2026 Registration Begins For Inter, Foundation & Final Exams, Apply Now

ICAI CA January 2026 Registration: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has started the registration process for the CA January 2026 exams for Foundation, Intermediate and Final courses. Eligible candidates can now apply online through the official ICAI portal at eservices.icai.org.

The online application window without a late fee will remain open until November 16, 2025, while candidates applying later can submit their forms with a late fee of Rs 600 until November 19, 2025. The CA January 2026 exams will be held across several centres in India and abroad.

ICAI has advised candidates to fill out their application forms carefully and make use of the correction window if needed. Changes in the exam city and medium will be allowed from November 20 to November 22, 2025.

ICAI CA January 2026 Exam Dates

The CA Final exams for Group I will be held on January 5, 7 and 9, while Group II exams are scheduled for January 11, 13 and 16, 2026. For the Intermediate course, Group I exams will take place on January 6, 8 and 10, and Group II exams will be conducted on January 12, 15 and 17, 2026.

The Foundation course exams are scheduled for January 18, 20, 22 and 24, 2026.

A 15-minute advance reading time from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM will be given for all papers except Foundation Papers 3 and 4 and Post Qualification Course papers.

Important Dates For ICAI CA January 2026 Exams

Students should take note of the following important deadlines:

Start date for online applications: November 3, 2025 (Monday)

Last date without late fee: November 16, 2025 (Sunday)

Last date with Rs 600 late fee: November 19, 2025 (Wednesday)

Correction window (exam city or medium): November 20 (Thursday) to November 22, 2025 (Saturday)

How To Apply For ICAI CA January 2026 Exams?

Step 1: Visit the official ICAI website at eservices.icai.org.

Step 2: Log in using your existing credentials or register as a new user.

Step 3: Choose the exam level, Foundation, Intermediate or Final.

Step 4: Fill in your details, including exam city and language medium.

Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the prescribed examination fee.
