ICAI CA January 2026 Exam Schedule Out: Check Final, Inter, And Foundation Datesheet Here
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has published the ICAI CA January Exam 2025 datesheet, outlining the exam dates for final, intermediate, and foundation courses. Candidates can access the schedule on the official ICAI website at icai.org.
According to the schedule, the final course examination for Group 1 will be held on January 5, 7, and 9, 2025, while Group 2 exams will take place on January 11, 13, and 16, 2025.
For the intermediate course, Group 1 exams are scheduled for January 6, 8, and 10, 2025, and Group 2 exams for January 12, 15, and 17, 2025.
The foundation course exams are set for January 18, 20, 22, and 24, 2025.
The international taxation-assessment test will be conducted on January 13 and 16, 2025, and the insurance and risk management technical exam will be held on January 9, 11, 13, and 16, 2025.
“No examination is scheduled on 14th January 2026 (Wednesday) on account of Makar Sankranti / Magha Bihu / Pongal festivals across India. It may be emphasised that there would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Bodies," states the official notice.

Step 2 – Go to the “Latest Announcements" section.
Step 3 – Click on the exam schedule link available on the page.
Step 4 – The notice will appear on the screen. Review it thoroughly.
Step 5 – Download and save for future use.
ICAI CA January 2026 Exam Pattern
Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination are of two hours duration. Similarly, Paper 6 of the Final Examination and all papers of the International Taxation Assessment Test (INTT—AT) are of 4 hours duration. All other exams are of three hours duration. Exams will be held in a single shift from 2 pm to 5 pm, and for some from 2 pm to 6 pm.
The registration process for the ICAI CA January exams starts on November 3, and the deadline for submission is November 16, 2025. The last date for submitting online examination application forms with a late fee is November 19, 2025.
