Talking about her bond with her brother, Hansika said, “My brother and I are very close. He supported me throughout; he was rock solid. Both my mother and brother told me, ‘If you are not comfortable, don’t go through it.’ They have seen me in a very dark space. I am usually a very happy person, so for them to see me like that was alarming. They told me, whatever you decide, we are with you.” Talking about taking therapy, Hansika revealed that she has been focusing on her mental health for the last two years. She said, “I was in a ver dark space and didn't understand mental health. A friend picked me up during my dark phase and said let's try therapy. After that, it's been two years and it has helped me, guided me, showed me how to be a better person. Taught me how to handle situations that I didn't know how to.” She added that therapy taught her how to deal with anxiety. Hansika further stated that, to this day, no one knows what truly happened between her and her ex-husband.
