GSEB SSC Result 2026 (OUT) Live Updates: Slight Increase In Gujarat Board 10th Pass Percentage, 83.86% Qualify

GSEB SSC Result 2026 Live Updates: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB), Gandhinagar, has announced the SSC (Class 10) examination results today, May 6 at 8 AM. Students can now view and download their GSEB SSC Result 2026 from the board’s official website, gseb.org.

The GSEB SSC pass percentage this year is 83.86 per cent, reflecting a slight rise from last year’s 83.08 per cent. While in 2024, the Gujarat Board SSC Class 10 results recorded a pass percentage of 82.56 per cent.

In the GSEB SSC results 2026, female candidates outperformed male candidates, with 88.28 per cent of girls passing the examination compared to 80.12 per cent of boys.

In the Gujarat Board Class 10th Result 2026, Standard Math recorded the highest pass percentage at 99.63%, while Basic Math had the lowest pass percentage at 84.86%. Starting from 2022, students have been offered two Math options: Basic and Standard.

In the Gujarat Board Class 10th Result 2026, the pass percentage for repeat candidates is 33.53%. Out of 67,404 repeat candidates, only 22,598 qualified. The pass percentage for open school students stands at 28.03%, while repeat open school students recorded a pass percentage of 28.9%. Overall, private students achieved a pass percentage of 28.22%.

This year’s Gujarat Board Class 10 result is the highest in the past 33 years. The pass percentage stands at 83.86%, slightly higher than the 83.08% recorded in 2025, making it the best performance since 1993. The poorest result was in 1997, when only 40.17% of students passed.

A total of 35,508 students have secured the highest A1 grade in the Gujarat Board Class 10th Result 2026, marking a significant achievement for those who performed exceptionally well in the examination.

Science emerged as the most popular subject in the Gujarat Board 10th Result 2026, with the highest number of students achieving a perfect score of 100. This year, 8,520 students scored a full 100 in Science, up from 5,531 last year. Science was followed by Basic Math with 3,529 students and Social Science with 2,943 students achieving full marks.

In the Gujarat Board 10th Result 2026, Ajol Centre in Gandhinagar led the way in terms of centres, with 100% passing, setting a significant record. Meanwhile, Munkhola Centre in Dahod had the lowest results, with only 33.74% students passing.

Students who are dissatisfied with their results may appear for the Supplementary Examination in June 2026. The higher score from the two attempts will be considered under the GSEB’s “Best of Two” policy.

In GSEB SSC results, English medium students recorded the highest pass rate at 92.50 per cent, followed by Gujarati medium students at 82.67 per cent.

Narmada recorded the highest pass percentage at 90.85 per cent, while Panchmahal district recorded the lowest at 76.42 per cent.

In GSEB SSC results, female students outperformed male students. A total of 88.28 per cent of girls passed the exam while 80.12 per cent of boys cleared it.

The passing percentage for GSEB SSC this year is 83.86 per cent, which is a slight rise from last year’s 83.08 per cent.

The Gujarat Board Class 10th results have shown an improvement in pass percentages over the past three years. In 2023, the pass percentage was 64.62%, lower than earlier years due to stricter scrutiny. It then rose to 82.56% in 2024 and further to 83.08% in 2025. This indicates that the pass percentage has now stabilised at around 82 to 84%.

Even if the website crashes or malfunctions during the results release period, students need not worry. The Gujarat Board has provided SMS and WhatsApp services, allowing students to receive their results directly on their mobile phones, without relying on the website.

The wait for lakhs of Gujarat Board Class 10th students is over. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced the Class 10th (SSC) Result 2026. Students can check their results by visiting the official website – gseb.org – and entering their seat number.

The Gujarat Board results will be announced anytime now. Students can check their results on the board’s official website. After the results are declared, students can view them on the official websites gseb.org (the main official website) and gsebeservice.com.

To check the result, students must first visit the official website. On the homepage, they should click on the ‘SSC Result’ or ‘HSC Result’ link and then enter their ‘Seat Number’. After that, the result will appear on the screen as soon as they click the ‘Go’ or ‘Submit’ button. Students are advised to download the scorecard and take a printout of it.

You can also access your result on Digilocker. To check the Gujarat Board Std 10 result on Digilocker, first log in to the official app or website using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number or username. Go to the EDUCATION section and select “Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board”. Then select “SSC Marksheet” and enter your seat number. Your result will appear on the screen. Download it and save it for future use.

If the website is down, students can also check their result via SMS. For this, first go to the message box on your mobile. There, click on New Message or Start Conversation and type SSC (space) your seat number (for example, SSC B123456), then send this message to the number 56263. The result will be sent to the mobile number soon after it is out.

The GSEB 10th standard follows this grading system:
91–100 marks: A1
81–90 marks: A2
71–80 marks: B1
61–70 marks: B2
51–60 marks: C1
41–50 marks: C2
35–40 marks: D (Pass)

Students must score at least 35% in each subject and overall. Those who score less than 35 marks are considered to have failed.

After the result is declared, the GSEB SSC digital marksheet that students receive will include details such as their name, seat number, subjects, marks in each subject, grade, total marks, and percentage (percentile).

If we examine the statistics from the past few years, we notice a consistent improvement in results.

– The pass percentage was 65.18% in 2022.
– It stood at 64.62% in 2023.
– It rose to 82.56% in 2024.
– It further increased to 83.08% in 2025.

The GSEB Class 10th examinations for this year were conducted from February 26 to March 18, 2026. Since the conclusion of the exams, students have been eagerly awaiting their results, and this wait is now nearing its end.
