Gauahar Khan Calls Out Tanya Mittal For Body-Shaming Ashnoor Kaur: ‘Aapki Soch Achhi Nahi’
Bigg Boss 19, the Salman Khan-hosted controversial reality show, has kept the audience hooked with its non-stop drama. Contestants Tanya Mittal, Neelam Giri and Kunickaa Sadanand faced severe social media scrutiny for body shaming co-participant Ashnoor Kaur by mocking her weight. Now, actress and Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan has come out in support of Ashnoor.
Gauahar, on Friday, took to Instagram and shared a video wherein she slammed Tanya Mittal for calling Ashnoor a “Haathi (Elephant)" during a task.

In the video, Gauahar said, “Initially, I thought Tanya was really organised, innocent, and a little dramatic, which was very fun. I still find her interesting, but the way she's body-shaming Ashnoor behind her back is unacceptable. Calling her ‘haathi' (elephant) in a task and saying things like,'she doesn't look 21,'she's so obese,' she's gaining weight.'"
“I just don't understand why someone would make a comment about another person's appearance and then talk behind their back, saying they don't look good. Everyone deserves to feel and believe that they are beautiful. And if you believe you meet the highest beauty standards, that's okay. However, if you put others down to make yourself feel attractive, you are not beautiful at all. Khoobsurat se zyada, khoobseerat hona zarori hota hai. Jitni bhi achhai ka chola aap odhlijiye, lekin agar aapki soch achhi nahi hai, you are not beautiful then," she further added.
Will Salman Khan School Tanya, Neelam And Kunickaa?
Reportedly, the Dabangg actor in the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode, will be calling out Tanya, Neelam and Kunickaa for body shaming Ashnoor behind her back.
Not just them, several celebs like Rohan Mehra and Rajiv Adatia have also come out in support of Ashnoor.
Apart from Mridul Tiwari, Ashnoor Kaur and Abhishek Bajaj, all of the Bigg Boss 19 contestants have been nominated for eviction. So it will be interesting to see who will have to leave the house this week.
