Fractal Analytics gets Sebi approval for IPO

Enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) firm Fractal Analytics has secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for its planned initial public offering.
The offering includes a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 1,279 crore and an offer for sale valued at Rs 3,620 crore.
Selling shareholders in the offer for sale include Quinag Bidco, TPG Fett Holdings, Satya Kumari Remala and Rao Venkateswara Remala, and GLM Family Trust.
Fractal Analytics will use the capital to support expansion plans and provide partial exits to existing investors.
